Appalachian State University accepts transfers from RichmondCC, provided students meet the transfer requirements (different depending on the number of credit hours the student wants to transfer)
ECU accepts all transfers from RichmondCC, provided the student meets the transfer criteria. In addition, ECU also participates in the SECU Partnership East program, which allows RichmondCC students to transfer to ECU and receive a four year degree in either Elementary Education, Middle Grades Education, or Special Education after completing their first two years at RichmondCC.
