Students Named to Honor Lists for 2023 Spring Semester

Richmond Community College has announced its honor lists for the 2023 Spring Semester. Great job signThe President’s List identifies students who earn an “A” in all courses and have a 4.0 grade point average while carrying 12 or more semester credit hours excluding developmental courses. The Dean’s List identifies students who attain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 with no grade lower than a “B” while carrying 12 or more semester credit hours excluding developmental courses.

Banking Fundamentals Class Launches College Grad's Career

Three and a half years after graduating college, Hope McLean was on the verge of giving up thinking she was going to make a career in the financial industry. Hope McLean at her job at the bankBut then she signed up for Richmond Community College’s online Banking Fundamentals class in February 2022. She completed the class four months later in June, and within two weeks she was hired by State Employees’ Credit Union in Pineville to be a financial services representative.
Truck Driver Training Program Setting Records with Graduation Rates
