Ultimate Frisbee (PED-277)
This course introduces the fundamentals of ultimate frisbee. Emphasis is placed on basic throwing techniques, offense vs defense, movement of the disc, change of possession, fouls, self-refereeing, and scoring. Upon completion, students should be able to perform the skills required in playing situations.
